NNCG Annual Member Convening, 2 p.m.-5:30 p.m., Marriott Marquis, Atlanta

The National Network of Consultants to Grantmakers invites both members and non-members to participate in this convening that will include:

  • State of the organization: updates on all task force accomplishments and plans for the coming year
  • Current news from the new Diversity in Philanthropy Working Group
  • A facilitated discussion on how consultants can demonstrate their value, not only to their own clients but to the philanthropic sector in general. This is a partcularly timely issue given the current economic climate. We will solicit input via a brief survey and strongly encourage everyone to participate. Results will be shared at the convening
  • Coffee, tea & networking
  • In addition, there will be an informal, no-host networking dinner following the convening

This is an excellent opportunity for members to meet their colleagues, find out about current NNCG activities, share knowledge and resources, and lend their voice to what promises to be a stimulating discussion.

Non-members are encouraged to come learn more about NNCG and its multi-faceted programs and services. Cost is $25 for non-members; free to members. Includes afternoon refreshments.

Please R.S.V.P. by Monday, April 20 to Network Project Manager Lauren Kay at (888)589-4489 x1 or to lauren@nncg.org. Indicate whether you'll attend the meeting, the dinner, or both.

Non-members should send checks to: NNCG, P.O. Box 292182, Los Angeles, CA  90029 or charge by phone. For more information about the COF Summit Meeting visit the Council at www.cof.org
